I just started Nattokinase a few weeks back, and also with Citicoline (one month on, one month off with it). Between those and time restricted eating (8hr/16hr) I am definitely feeling more clear headed and higher energy levels.
Nice post! Fish oil is a great pain reducer for arthritis. I take 7 grams daily of Swanson Triple Strength EPA and DHA. I also like Mercola Krill but it is more expensive. Loads of Fresh (or capsules) daily Tumeric ( with bioperine) and Ginger too!
Regarding salmon.... wild NOT farmed. Aside from added color, farmed fish has much lower levels of Omega 3s. It’s more expensive but much more heart healthy.
Thanks. Nice article but what about ordinary fish instead of supplements? I get around 6000mg of Omega3 from one 400g tin of pilchards which costs only £1.20. I have two per week plus salmon or sardines. I know one has to be careful of mercury and BPA so I realise there’s always a trade off with food sources today.
I know you probably don't want to recommend one brand above others, but would you share 3 brands that are all ones you would consider good enough your family?
How much nattokinase? Was trying to eat it in soybean natto but it’s too gross. (And if I could stomach natto-fermented soybeans-how much nattokinase would it provide. Thanks!
Dr. Greger's research summaries disagree... always hard to know what to believe. And isn't algae derived better than fish-derived, given toxic accumulations in fish?

Important, potentially life-saving information. Thank you!
Is there a brand that’s better than others?

I’m sorry, but fish oil is not a good idea. Algal Oil for Omega 3s, yes. But not fish.

Every single ocean in the world has been contaminated with radioactive waste from the seawater flooding out of the damaged Fukishima reactor in Japan.
No fish oil on earth is any longer safe to consume.
Use instead for all & even better health benefits. 100% Pure, Cold pressed, Virgin Olive Oil.
This just this.

Thank you! And is it possible to get enough naturally from soybean natto (if you know what that is) ?
Algal or Algae? Where do I find it?
