Talk to your provider, it used to be talk to your doctor. Yes, all the others that are not doctors want a name too. I get it. If I asked any one of my providers about this information I would get a blank stare. Here nor there, it is good information. Thank you.
Yes! I overdosed on green smoothies (spinach et al) in almond milk over the last few years, and have become sensitive to oxalates, but few address or understand the issue. Too much of a good thing.
Re dandelion--need to specify whether leaves or root are used--and that goes for all the other herbal elements mentioned in this article. Which part of the plant; how prepared? Tincture? Decoction? Tisane? Also re dandelion, to the French it has long (always?) been known as "piss en lit". So I suppose that young children with enuresis should not consume dandelion!
I have seen some things online saying you shouldn't take Black Seed for more than a couple months. That it can be toxic. I love taking Black Seed but never feel sure about toxicity. Anyone know?

Watermelon is my favorite along w/cucumbers.
Hi. You have omitted Gingko Biloba. It's a very powerful diuretic so much so that should not be taken in afternoon or evening hours.
Dandelion in France is known as 'pis en lit', i.e. 'piss in bed' which is because of diuretic effects.
interested in flccc view of dmso. I've begun using it combined with nac in drop form in order to reverse mild cataract. It also is diuretic.
God bless you all 🩵

Wow spinach and almonds together = off-the-chart oxylates.
We just switched from almond butter to homemade sunflower-seed butter.
