Is it covid that damaged my brain or the covid response?
Let's be clear, I don't have any family members dead from covid, it was just a cold even for the sick and elderly in my family (though we were lucky enough to not get anything until omicron in January 2022).
The shot killed one of my family members and gave 2 others long term disabilities. Mandates cost me my career and kicked a family member off of an organ transplant list and kept a fully jabbed and boosted friend from seeing a dying relative in the hospital (they wouldn't let her in because she forgot her vax passport at home, her memory hasn't been the same since her stroke in late 2021).
Though one thing I am grateful for in the response, the truly toxic people in my life disowned me for not getting the shot. At least now no one who is still in my friend circle holds it against me for having cut off contact with those people that I should have cut off ages ago.
Highly appreciate having the opportunity of hearing all sides of all real stories. It allows citizens to make their own minds about any subject, More over, for all of those Seniors with limited income, your free access is a God's sent.
