You have the freedom to say anything you want. They have the freedom to decide how widely to disseminate it.
If YouTube is taking medical advice into their own hands, they must also be held financially accountable for the damages done to those who took that advice. There must be accountability for the information being shared.
Which means that not only patients, but hospitals and insurance companies can sue them for damages.
If they put themselves in the position of “mouthpiece” for very specific and one-sided information that is approved by a government agency, they assume financial and legal liability.
