Individual immune cells - including macrophages, dendritic cells and Th1 regulatory lymphocytes and other cell types - need at least 50 ng/mL 25-hydroxyvitamin D in the bloodstream in order that sufficient of this compound diffuses into their cell bodies, to supply their intracrine (inside each cell) and paracrine (to nearby cells, usually of different types) signaling systems. The rapid and full operation of these systems, when triggered by the cell detecting particular circumstances, which are different for each cell type, is essential to the cell changing its behaviour in response to those changed circumstances.
Without proper vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) supplementation, most people have only 1/10 to 1/2 of the circulating 25-hydroxyvitamin D their immune systems need to work properly. Such supplementation, such as 0.125 milligrams (5000 IU) a day, takes a few months to build up the 25-hydroxyvitamin D level, via the vitamin D3 being hydroxylated at the 25th carbon, primarily in the liver.
Such supplementation, which needs to be done with quantities well above those recommended by governments and many doctors, is best determined as a ratio of body weight, with higher ratios for those suffering from obesity. There is very little vitamin D3 in food, fortified or not. While adequate vitamin D3 can be made in our skin from 7-dehydrocholesterol having one of its carbon rings broken by the action of ~297 nanometre ultraviolet B radiation, this always damages DNA and so raises the risk of skin cancer. Sufficient UV-B is not naturally available on cloudy days or when the Sun is lower than about 45 degrees above the horizon. UV-B exposure is less effective for the elderly. Those with brown or black skin would need to spend most of their days outdoors, with little in the way of clothing, in equatorial sunny conditions, to attain the 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels their immune system needs.

I would also love to see a video of all the boys reading the obituaries to measure their success with the vaccines and laughing at the excess deaths (and not helping any of those people or families). And the comparison to good doctors/researchers/people laughing at the love and caring of healthy people who naturally love and care for each other. And the good doctors reading the Sunday funnies and laugh at humanly interesting dynamics. Petting their dogs etc.
And please point out if you can that good has no end point. It goes on forever in heaven. But their bad has us all sterilized and actually they won’t be able to stop themselves from killing us all. And that’s just before they start doing to each other, (what they’re first doing to us).

I notice Duramectin asserts it is ONLY for horses yet provides no ingredient list or MSDS sheet showing what is hazardous to humans.
