These seven solutions — great ones — are quite similar to those posed by Leslie Manookian in a Brownstone Institute article: These 12 Policies Need to Change If We Want True Health Freedom. In a free and moral society, health freedom is not simply a convenience — it’s an imperative (10/07/24): https://childrenshealthdefense.org/defender/12-policies-need-change-true-health-freedom/. The 12 are:

Ban all medical mandates

Repeal the Bayh-Dole Act

Repeal the Prescription Drug User Fee Act (PDUFA) of 1992

Repeal the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act)

Repeal the Affordable Care Act

Repeal the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA)

Prohibit private donations to government entities

Implement cooling-off period for senior federal employees

Prevent conflicts of interest

Prohibit government grants to nonprofits

Ban water fluoridation

Ban the release of genetically modified insects

I’ll add your post to a bunch of suggestions and pre-written legislative ideas in “Health Freedom & Other Solutions for Idaho

🔥...AND BEYOND“ https://eolson47.substack.com/p/health-freedom-and-other-solutions

What about something that acknowledges, supports, and amplifies the intelligent life force that heals as it courses through our veins every moment? Or the blueprint for wholeness that exists in every atom, of which there are too many to count. That's the energy the medical cartel is terrified of.

Make the majority shareholders and senior management criminally liable for damage done if information has been withheld.

When you study what has been done by big pharma especially with vaccines there needs to be criminal charges. When the experimental jsb was introduced with full legal protection side effects such as heart attacks in kids and turbo cancers may not have been obvious (although clever scientists predicted them) but now it is obvious they are actively civering the figures up.

These are all good points for reformng the current paradigm. But this is what I think is going to happen....the coming economic collapse will actually destroy the financial underpinnings of the current paradigm to such a degree that it will no longer exist and that is a good thing but it took Russia 15 years for their healthcare system to recover from the fall of the USSR, and that was only because their economy improved so much. The USA will never have an economy again (in the near future) that will support the current paradigm. Healthcare will need to be revisioned and in the meantime many will suffer and pass, just as what took place in the USSR.

We could be proactive and plan ahead but that is not what we do.

The system is definitely crumbling and a lot of healthcare professionals are getting out as I did in 2021.

The system will only be for the elites and they can have it !

Without secure elections, you are correct.

Expand full comment

I don't believe any election is ever really secure. There's always some type of shenanigans going on.

Look we even get involved in other countries elections don't we? Look at Kadafi . Our government made sure he went in and then there was a point that they didn't like what he was doing, and they handed him over to his own people who killed him.... if I say if that really happened and he is dead, we just don't know.

I do hope there are less fraudulent elections, but there is no election either locally by the state or by our nation that hasn't been tainted somewhere whether the machines were bought by specific people or mail in voter fraud and I believe that's gonna happen before the election that's what I see coming, but I don't know.

Think about it basically Florida is a republican state and where the hurricanes hit especially in those counties they are Republican. I hate to even use that word but that's what it's called. They were trying to get the voting machines to a safe place and I don't know if they ever did and then look at what happened up in North Carolina in Tennessee. It's not just about the elections there. It's also about Black rock Vanguard and others that wanted to mind for the lithium iron and the quartz, and the people there did not want to sell the land and so with weather modification, the government can pretty much do what they want.

They've also done it to other countries. The documents are all over the place you can find them countries have gone to the UN and complained about what's going on with weather modification, and our government using it as Weather warfare.

We did it in North Vietnam .

So those are just some of things and working for the government for five years that open my eyes to many things and you just can't trust them! They are definitely not for us. They are for themselves. They could give a crap about us. There are a handful. Maybe a handful that really do care.

It's really sad with the people of this country have allowed this country to come to . I'm pissed about it and I believe we should get rid of all the government and start over not with Marxism or anything like that, but it needs to get back to We The People! It might take a war

And not what they call a Civil War that's just ridiculous. No war is civil, but the people against the government. . I just don't see any other answer. I wish there was one.

Did you ever see the series Designated Survivor I think it was on Netflix. it was really good. They started over and how they did. It was during the state of the union address where everyone was present except for two people one from each party was off somewhere else in case something happened and they basically blew them all up and there were a lot of things in there that actually I think it was done in 2014 maybe but it was done before the 2020 election here in America and there's so many things in there with nano technology and tracking and just so many things that were shown there before it even happened in reality

This holds true for many movies like the matrix the sound of music the Truman show things like that

Sorry, I didn't really mean to get into all of this, but it's just something that I don't know. People's eyes are just closed and they don't see it and it's frustrating for those of us that do.

Please be safe and stay vigilant because it's gonna get really bad specially around the election afterwards and the world Food bank in the WEF I've already said we're gonna go through seven years of famine from 2025 to 2032 so obviously it's been planned just like everything else

We're just puppets on a string and what we need to do is cut that string !

well, the big problem now is the WHO and they've always been the problem.

If I heard correctly, the treaty finally was signed where they can now prosecute a nation and it doesn't matter who the president is or the king or anything else if they say there's a "planned -demic" then all countries every single one including America has to abide by what they say whether it's a lockdown or whatever it is or suffer the consequences.

I haven't actually read the treaty and doubt I'll get a copy of it so don't really know what the consequences are.

Actually, priority #1 should be to divest oneself of the notion that the government and the politicians are here to help the rest of us and to look for ways to reduce our dependence on a a very corruptible (ie., hierarchical) system.

Along those lines, the Fed needs to be abolished and the monetization of debt eliminated completely.

Direct primary care (concierge) practices are changing things. All healthcare is local. Patients want access to affordable and quality care.

Patients as consumers of care are sometimes, but not always, the best to determine quality of care. They can note whether someone is well trained and they care.

That said, medical knowledge is doubling every six months. The days of “if penicillin and aspirin can’t help you, good luck“ are gone. Physicians can only take care of so many people and do a good job. They must have a thirst for knowledge and always be curious. DPC practices allow physicians to think independently, and work for their patients.

Unfortunately, there are just not enough entrepreneurial family physicians and internists to meet the growing demand in the marketplace.

We have known for over 15 years that DPC Practice models are not qualified medical expenses on health savings accounts. You actually have to pass a law to say that a DPC physician is “medical care“!

Senator Orin Hatch and Rep Eric Paulsen tried to rectify this initially with the family and retirement health investment active 2011 that would enable periodic fees for access to care to be treated as qualified expenses under section 213 (d) in the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.

It made sense.

There have been many iterations and many wonderful, forward, thinking physicians working on this for years.

Solutions need to come from the private sector.

For more information go to dpccare.org.

The Direct Primary Care Coalition is working to bring patients and physicians together to promote better primary care.

Don’t give up on doctors. The human body is very complex and there is a lot to learn. 12 years of schooling followed by 40 years of experience in family medicine gives you plenty of wisdom. It’s not that easy.

Regardless, I don’t let my schooling get in the way of my education.

The Covid "wake up call" was the reason I left the corporate medical industrial complex and started a DPC practice. We were full (600 patients) in under a year, and had to stop adding patients to the waiting list of over 100 people. My patients love the practice model and availability. I love that I get to practice medicine without spending half of my day documenting an office visit unrelated to the patient's complaint, and submitting "quality" measures to insurance and government entities. I dropped AAFP membership and ABFM certification like a hot potato!. NBPAS is the way to go for board certification. It's critical to get the med schools and residencies free of the pharma tentacles to have hope for the next generation of doctors.

Goeff and Victor,

I cannot tell you how many dedicated and brilliant physicians I know taking care of people for years. I am sure Jeff would say the same about most of his colleagues. An important aspect are the rules and regulations that have been inflicted upon physicians that interfere with the patient physician relationship. Learning about Burn-out or how to code for your services at conferences instead of learning medicine comes to mind.

I have been a DPC physician for 22 years since January 2003 when I open my practice. I was the third president of the national organization in 2006....initially the American Society of Concierge Physicians which morphed into the Society for Innovative Medical Practice Design and subsequently the American Academy of Private Physicians......

Many people of course do fine until they get sick. There are times you need a real doctor. It takes a lot of years to learn critical thinking and going through differential diagnoses. That said, it is important for medical doctors to keep their minds open to alternative diagnoses and treatments. There is a lot to absorb.

Lifestyle, nutrition, and diet are paramount in prevention of illness. However, when you get ill, where will you go to for care?

Things have really changed....

Let's don't go backwards....

Excellent ideas - seem very clearly defined so there’s little room for escape or slipping through grey area legal back doors - one thing to add - insist on adequate training with substantial core subject matter in medical schools covering the importance of nutrition and other naturopathic clinically proven substitutes to pharma for both prevention and treatment of illness - so our doctors cease becoming strictly pill pushers and can promote healthy longevity without depending on drugs for all conditions - and can prescribe food & exercise as legitimate medicine

he had a lot of people think that Kennedy Jr is anti-VAX but he is not

He did have a conversation with Trump about the mRNA technology, and it was recorded and documented, and I saw it and he told him it was not suited for people as a scientist that created it said in the beginning, but since I've changed their minds.

Unfortunately, Trump got with Bill Gates and Pfizer and took $1 million and did not allow the house committee to investigate the vaccines or the drug companies.

So while I vote for a party and not a person and I do vote more conservative however that was something that he did that really pissed me off.

So now he calls Kennedy Jr and wants him to work for him when he is elected president depending on the amount of foul play that is going to occur in this election.

Thank God when I was a government employee at the VA as an RN, I am totally exempted from all vaccines and it's on a government document so I feel pretty good about that 😉
